Amuse-Bouche was founded in October 2014 by two friendly drinks enthusiasts: Franck Poncelet and Philippe Jugé. It aims to organize tasting fairs around beer, French spirits and cocktail.
The Amuse-Bouche company launched "Planète Bière" and "France Quintessence" in 2015. It acquired the Paris Cocktail Festival in 2016. The quality of the organisation and the content - the fundamental values of the tasting - were immediately recognized by the exhibitors and the public.
Laura Ferron joined Amuse-Bouche in 2017 as Project Event Manager. In June 2021, Amuse-Bouche recruited its new Sales Manager, Stéphane Aymé.
