Sant Erwann is an abbey-style tasting beer with 7 grains and aromatic hops measuring 7°. This high fermentation lager was created especially in honour of the Saint-Patron of Breton Saint Yves (Sant Erwann in the Breton language) and is composed of 7 cereals: barley, wheat, millet, oats, buckwheat, spelt, rye. On the nose, the notes are reminiscent of biscuit and grilled cereals. In the palate, the grain aromas are enhanced by the aromatic hop cascade. This beer with a lot of body and a nice balance between roundness and bitterness will delight lovers of strong and tasty beers.
