BISOU is above all a new taste and a novel manufacturing method. We have completely redefined the taste and visual approach of a category of drink that seems to us for the moment unsuited to what our French taste buds expect from an aperitif drink... Thanks to the work of a recipes creator with a sharp nose, Jean Luc Braud (Centre international des spiritueux de Cognac), the aromatization of our drinks assembles aromatic combinations never before explored in the design of hard seltzer. BISOU is naturally coloured and owes its aromatic complexity to a double aromatization: by infusion of plants and aromatics and by addition of organic natural flavors. To taste, alone or in cocktail, BISOU intends to shake the aperitif drinks sector!
