Created in 2016, Maddam is a family adventure in the heart of a world-renowned vineyard: Chablis. Alexis and Vianney, two cousins, grew up in Burgundy. Driven by the desire to offer a quality French artisanal product and a desire to return to their roots, they want to promote a resolutely modern product with many energetic and taste qualities.
Our creations are produced from different types of rigorously selected malts. The recipe, patiently elaborated and well kept, is inspired by the fine beers and tastes of high gastronomy to satisfy your palates of fine gourmets. MADDAM beers are aromatic and natural, unfiltered and unpasteurized, refreshing and intensely local.
In 2021, the brewery moved to a new, larger building with a bar and a reception room.
