The Ninkasi is a Lyon melting spot since 1997! Already more than 20 years of history and evolution with dozens of places of life in the Rhône-Alpes region mixing beers, restaurants and concert halls.

Beer is the lifeblood of the Ninkasi. Created in Lyon in 1997, the Fabrique de Bières revives the great Lyon brewing tradition dating back to the 19th century.

Established since 2012 in Tarare, the Factory takes place in the city’s former dry cleaners, awarded by Les Rubans du Patrimoine 2014.
