Beer lover and lover of Corsica, she created with her partner and husband, Dominique Sialelli, a craft brewery in Corsica. This daring bet gave birth to Pietra, the amber beer brewed with a mixture of malts and Corsican chestnut flour.
Since the creation of the Pietra Brewery, the philosophy of Armelle and Dominique has not changed: to produce quality craft beers thanks to the rigorous selection of raw materials and the respect of traditional brewing methods.
